DUTIES:

• Painting
• Basic Carpentry
• Filter changes
• Weed spraying
• Other maintenance duties

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Mostly inside work with good ventilation and comfortable temperature
• Stand for long periods of time
• Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, and patients
• Heavy lifting in excess of 75-100lbs may be required
• Work in areas that are confined and/or crowded

HAZARDS:

• Exposure to toxic/caustic chemicals and detergents.
• Exposure to potential electric shock.
• Exposure to x-ray/electromagnetic energy.
• Exposure to communicable diseases.
• Exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
